SGSTCL have specialist expertise in the design and manufacture of mini-motor. We have 10 years of product development experiences for Japanese Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) such as Sony, National, Hitachi, Epson etc. We understand that quality is everyone’s responsibility and we work throughout the manufacturing process to complement the design and safe-guard the stability and precision of the mini-motors.
We have a wide range of tests, including in-circuit tests, automated or manual production tests, sampling tests, and other tests that ensure the product is being built to specification. Start by testing the raw materials for standardization and quality, tests are also performed during the process of cutting, winding, assembling and magnetizing. Every finished product is tested for conductivity, noise, life and preciseness to make sure that our products quality strived excellence to our customers.
We have various testing equipment included sophisticated magnifying machine (20X) for checking defects on commutator, Analog/Digital Oscilloscope for checking motor signal, operating life testing equipment for life lasting inspection, noise detectors for determining smoothness of the motor working, and other modern and advanced testing equipments built-in our manufacturing process.

 

 

Packing

Finally, to ensure the quality of our mini-motors reaching our customers in their best condition, we are also supported by a dedicated packaging group. Wrapping in Humidity Proof and shock protected delivery boxes, our package ensure our products to be delivered to anywhere of the world with our best quality.
